A VGA cable can be used to transfer the video signal from an output source such as a Laptop to an LCD screen. Remember that VGA cables only transfer the video signal, not the audio signal as well. All electronic devices give off electromagnetic interference and many devices such as mobile phones also emit radio frequency interference.
